C-Bus Touchscreen Not Working
Common across prestige Eastern Suburbs homes that installed 5080CTC touchscreens in the 2007–2012 period. The screen appears normal but the C-Bus transmit circuit has failed — physical switches still function.
Switch LEDs Flashing Instead of Confirming
Switches attempt to fire commands but get no acknowledgement from the network. Early warning of PSU instability or bus communication faults — act before complete failure.
Scene / Schedule Errors
Scenes loading incorrect light levels, or schedules activating outside expected times. Common in Eastern Suburbs systems that have been partially reprogrammed by multiple parties.

LED retrofits are a common trigger for C-Bus faults. Incompatible LED load types can cause excessive current draw on dimmer outputs, and certain LED drivers create bus noise that causes ghost messages and address corruption. We diagnose and resolve load compatibility issues on-site.
